One my numerous fall back plans involves opening a restaurant called “Oeuf” solely dedicated to egg dishes from around the world. This dude runs a cart dedicated to the king of all meals – breakfast. We have all been disenchanted by the mediocre bagel and coffee carts. The Eggs Travaganza Cart makes pancakes from scratch, breakfast burritos and chorizo & egg sandwiches. I will be investigating this fine purveyor of egg dishes shortly. Check it out at on the NE corner of 52nd&Park. Serious Eats reviews.
